Privacy Policy

• Account details — your name, email, password, market, profile photo and the contact, brokerage and team details you choose to add.
• Your content — property details, photos, floor plans, Brand Voice settings, calendar plans and the marketing content generated for you.
• Payment details — subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and billing contact, not your full card number.
• Usage information — basic technical events such as which feature failed and when, used to fix problems. These are deleted after 90 days.
• Listing page visitors — people who sign in at an open house or send an inquiry from a listing page provide details such as name, email and phone. Page views are counted for agent and seller reports.

• To provide the service: generate content, publish listing pages, deliver leads and build seller reports.
• To manage your subscription and send account emails, such as receipts, sign-in links and important service notices.
• To keep the service reliable and secure, and to improve it.
• To measure our own advertising, for example through the Meta pixel on our marketing pages.

We do not sell personal information.

Visitor details collected on an agent's listing page belong to that agent and are shared only with them. Seller reports show totals only and never include visitor names or contact details. Agents are responsible for following up in line with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.

To write your content, the property and Brand Voice details you enter are sent to third-party AI model providers for processing. Please don't enter information you don't want used to generate marketing content.

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, we use that access only to add, update and remove the posting reminders from your Listing Suite calendar. We do not read your other events. You can disconnect at any time from the calendar page or your Google account settings. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We rely on trusted providers to run the service, including hosting and database, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, AI model providers, Google (for the optional calendar connection) and Meta (advertising measurement). They process information only to provide their services to us. Some providers may store information outside Canada.

We keep your account and content while your account is open. Technical usage events are removed after 90 days. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account data, except where we need to keep records for legal, tax or accounting reasons.

You can view and update most of your information in your account. To request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to ask a question about this policy, email hello@therealestatestudio.co.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the date above.
