The Listing Suite helps real estate agents create listing marketing content, branded listing pages, lead capture, seller reports and a content calendar. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Promotional offers, such as a free first month, apply as described at checkout.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

You keep ownership of the property details, photos and other material you upload, and of the content generated for you. You give us permission to store, process and display that material only as needed to provide the service, including publishing listing pages you choose to make public.

You agree that you have the right to use everything you upload, and that you are responsible for:

• Reviewing all generated content for accuracy before you publish or send it.
• Following the advertising rules of your brokerage, regulator and real estate board.
• Following anti-spam and privacy laws when you contact leads.

Content is created by AI from the details you provide. It may contain mistakes and is not legal, financial or professional advice. We don't guarantee any marketing results.

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, misleading or discriminatory, to send spam, to upload material you don't have rights to, or to interfere with or misuse the service. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

The Listing Suite software, design and brand belong to us. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using the service.

The service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
